Elker is a genuine person, which is unusual in his industry. Nathan in finance was easy to work with as well. Made the trade-in and coordinating with my lender extremely easy, even after hours. I felt included in the process from start to finish and now better understand why it takes time to complete the deal, usually for reasons beyond the control of the dealership (aka banks).
