From the moment I walked in, after already test driving two other vehicles at different dealerships, I felt like this may be the one I wanted to do business with. Here is what I experienced. I was met by AD who introduced me to Si who took me on a test drive, and went through all the necessary details. Elker was off on Thursday. He went to get Jimmy so he could meet me and get to know each other. Then after Si, AD, and others finished the proposal, with Jimmy’s thoughts Si presented it to me. Very competitive proposal! Then I met with Brandon, who was standIng in for Eric. We agreed to go forward. The next day I went in to finalize all the necessary details with Eric, and to meet with Elker. To a person, all were knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely be going back when my wife’s car is ready to be traded, and for another vehicle in 3 years. Kudos to everyone I met! More
