The bait and switch tactics employed by the 'pro I wish I had read the existing Yelp reviews prior to embarking on the journey from ATL to Greensboro. The bait and switch tactics employed by the 'professionals' are on par with the greatest of scam artists. Granted, this is a car dealership, however, one would reasonably agree that if they sent you a price in writing they would honor it with no strings attached. Turns out that isn't the case. After agreeing to a near $60K deal more than 3 days prior the caveat was the buyer (in this case me) had to finance thru them at a higher rate to get the 'special price'. What's more, the F & I monkey actually kept a straight face suggesting this was a great deal for me. He was the consummate professional, high-brow thief. All this must have slipped the mind of the internet salesman to include in our discourse over the many days prior.... These clowns knew I was coming in ready to buy way ahead of time and all that was left to do was fill out the paper. They had my lender info well in advance and I'm left burning gas and rubber down I-20 and back. Do yourself a favor that I regretfully didn't and search for online reviews prior to engaging in business with them. More

My initial contact was by email and their response was immediate, factual, and accommodating. My salesman, Elker Perez answered my questions and sent me a walk-around video, which really helped us see the truck in a new light. Brandon Wright followed up with the vehicle's history, and the entire team, including Eric Liebsly, my financial contact, did a superb job and made me feel at home. But as far as him answering my questions and giving good information and opinions he was great. Elker Perez helped get our Onstar setup and also helped in our negotiations. Overall, my wife and I had a good experience and wound up getting a great deal on a 2017 Chevy Cruze hatchback. More

My wife and myself missed an entire day of work, have marks on both of our credit and no vehicle thanks to the sales manager that apparently doesn't know how to read. More
