Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We sincerely apologize for the confusion and inconvenience caused by the incorrect video, the audio quality, and the multiple callbacks needed to obtain the diagnostic information. We understand how frustrating it was to have to make several follow-up calls, especially when the diagnostic paperwork could have been provided to you before you left. Your feedback is valuable, and we’ll be sharing it with our team to help improve our communication and ensure we provide complete and clear information from the start. We appreciate your patience and the opportunity to serve you.
