Elliott showed me a level of respect most salespeople do not. As a young woman, it's often difficult to walk into a dealership and receive immediate service without being talked down to. Elliott understood not. As a young woman, it's often difficult to walk into a dealership and receive immediate service without being talked down to. Elliott understood my prior knowledge due to working in the industry, not once tried to speak over me or interrupt, engaged in delightful conversation, and (the biggest of all), he made eye contact! This may not seem like much, but every time I have gone car shopping, I have been met by many know-it-all's... Never have I ever at Mercedes Benz of Owings Mills! That's why this is the third vehicle I've purchased here and will not be the last! More
