I typically only write food reviews but my experience at Continental was really above and beyond. When I entered the dealer, Elliot Nelson greeted me and asked how he could assist. After I told him what the models I was interested on, he proceed to confirm they units were still in stock. He was very knowledgeable and quickly answer my questions regarding the different trims that were available. To be honest, I only stepped in to check out the vehicle and get their best offer and then head to the next dealer to get the best offer. They cut thru the chase and asked directly what it would take to earn my business. That being said, they offered me a deal I couldn't pass on. All this was done in the most friendly manner and really not pushy at all. I truly enjoyed interacting with them while crunching the numbers trying to figure out the best option for me. They truly set the bar high for a car dealership. More

I had done some legwork, getting information for her on the various small SUVs in this class to find out the trims that had what she wanted, how much they cost, and any special offers available. I met with Elliott and explained this to him, and he gave me the information I needed to take back to my mother. I came in a couple of other times, with my mother, and Elliott was very friendly and had my mother check out a few different trims, and test drive the vehicle. On the fourth and final time, he helped narrow down the vehicles that matched my mother’s needs, and when she decided on a color, he had her test drive it one more time to make sure she liked it. At no point did we ever feel rushed, and you could tell that he wanted my mother to be completely confident in her decision. I would highly recommend not just this dealership, but Elliott specifically. He is an excellent salesperson and a nice guy to boot. More
