Very unprofessional,they had my GMC Sierra at4 for exactly 13 days with no loaner or courtesy vehicle,this was all because of 3 recalls and a reduced speed thing that wouldn't let me accelerate over 6 exactly 13 days with no loaner or courtesy vehicle,this was all because of 3 recalls and a reduced speed thing that wouldn't let me accelerate over 60..not my fault on any of this they should have provided a loaner,which they promised they would and never did.. I'm very disappointed and dissatisfied with the way they handled this situation.. I will never take my vehicle there again More

I enjoyed my experience working with Juan and the management team. As noted on my google review, the experience was non-pushy and fairly straight forward. This is not always the case for South Florid management team. As noted on my google review, the experience was non-pushy and fairly straight forward. This is not always the case for South Florida dealerships!! My one complaint is the appointment setting with the service department. All the guys in service are very kind, but the appointment system is not adequate. You drop your truck off and they won’t look at it for a few days. It would be better to drop off your truck when they are ready to look at it, vice losing your truck for extra days and frankly, clogging up the service lots. I know it’s not always that simple, but combine that with the fact that there are no rentals makes this issue more problematic. Overall, only good things to say about my interactions with everyone, just would hope the appointments would be a little more streamlined. More
