Since we are on the road a lot and don't have much time, he even stayed late to meet us at the dealership one evening, and arrived early the next morning. Once we decided to purchase the car, Steve Brown, Anderson Business Manager, asked us all about our prior vehicle ownership and use. He then researched several extended service plans available and found a great one that fit our needs and we are very satisfied with. We QUICKLY came to an agreement and plan for purchasing our new 4-runner. He eased us through the process. Eloy had another customer right after us and he made sure he had them comfortable and let them know he would be right with them... Next came Tony Signrella the business manager. We set up an appointment to go in for a meet after receiving pricing that was favorable. We got a better price than we expected. Our salesman took us for a test drive to show us all the features of the car we were interested in. Then they went out and found us the car in the color we wanted and kept the discount we were getting on the car that was in stock. There was no pressure. Our finance guy was very helpful. Got us a great rate. We were very happy with every aspect of the experience. If I had to find something that was disappointing, they didn't have chocolate chip cookies. Hard to believe, isn't it.
