Eloy listened to us and treated us with respect, and my wife and I were very relaxed while shopping for our 3 SUVs. We never felt any pressure at any time during the process, and we were free to take as long as needed to make our decisions on which SUV to purchase. We had some specific options we wanted on our SUVs and Eloy found the perfect vehicles for us that met all of our needs each time! Excellent Service Special Service Campaign notice was received. Greg Langley was my Service Advisor. He arranged for a Maintenance at the same time. Since we are on the road a lot and don't have much time, he even stayed late to meet us at the dealership one evening, and arrived early the next morning. Once we decided to purchase the car, Steve Brown, Anderson Business Manager, asked us all about our prior vehicle ownership and use. He then researched several extended service plans available and found a great one that fit our needs and we are very satisfied with. Eloy helped us find the specific make and model we wanted. Then we discussed many options for our used vehicle. He helped us with figuring out the best deal for our family. We QUICKLY came to an agreement and plan for purchasing our new 4-runner. He eased us through the process. Eloy had another customer right after us and he made sure he had them comfortable and let them know he would be right with them... Next came Tony Signrella the business manager. He set-up our contract and financing. Tony made the difficult process easy and TOTALLY UNDERSTANDABLE! He was personable and professional wanting to make sure we did the right purchase plan for us. In a Very short period of time we were out the door and driving off in the new vehicle. We set up an appointment to go in for a meet after receiving pricing that was favorable. We got a better price than we expected. Our salesman took us for a test drive to show us all the features of the car we were interested in. Then they went out and found us the car in the color we wanted and kept the discount we were getting on the car that was in stock. There was no pressure. Our finance guy was very helpful. Got us a great rate. We were very happy with every aspect of the experience. If I had to find something that was disappointing, they didn't have chocolate chip cookies. Hard to believe, isn't it. More
