From this dealership my husband and I have purchased the following for our personal use: two 2011 Camrys, a 2011 Avalon, a 2016 Avalon. We have a lease for a 2018 Camry and this week we leased a 2019 RAV4. following for our personal use: two 2011 Camrys, a 2011 Avalon, a 2016 Avalon. We have a lease for a 2018 Camry and this week we leased a 2019 RAV4. As you can see, we really like Toyota vehicles. For the last four vehicles we have had the pleasure to working with Mr. Eloy Sosa. He is very professional, knows his products and has assured us he is ALWAYS available to answer questions or troubleshoot for whatever issue may occur. On my 2016 Avalon and now on my RAV4, Eloy paired my IPhone to the car, helped me get my personalized driver’s seat setting set. Today he even called Sirius to cancel the 2016 Avalon service and establish new service on my RAV4 following the 90-day free service. Eloy is a classy salesman and over these recent years has become our friend. Would I recommend AndersonToyota and Eloy Sosa? Absolutely! And I have several times suggested both the dealership and our favorite salesman, Mr. Eloy Sosa to family and friends. My husband and I continually get compliments on the Toyota vehicles we drive. We went into the dealership to just look at the cars knowing we would buy somewhere else but the salesman Eloy Sosa was so pleasant as well as the whole dealership at Anderson Toyota that we ended up purchasing our vehicle from them. Being that we our from Rockford IL it is nice to see that a dealership can change and get out of their bad rep. We will definitely support them and our friends are now buying cars from them as well.
