My truck was being reviewed for the forward collision light on and installation of side steps.The car was 3 days at the dealer and according to the manager the system was showing the part were at the dea light on and installation of side steps.The car was 3 days at the dealer and according to the manager the system was showing the part were at the dealer but they could not find them, I have LoJack app and when I checked it my car was park at a house in Hialeah 4 miles away from the dealer, immediately I went to the dealer and they said it was driven for testing but that was not true it was parked for 24 minutes in a house Driveway (address it was parked 11611 NW 57 ct Hialeah 33012) after my complaint all parts appeared and were installed. Never take you car to that place, next day the trip that was showing at LoJack app was removed, I guess by the dealer, I opened up an investigation because they are not supposed to removed information from an app that I paid for when bought my car… hope something will be change… Another thing was that the Bedliner of my truck was full of grease after I picked up from dealer, don’t really know if they were transporting any part on my truck out of the dealer…. Completely dessapontement More

Took my Telluride here for a sunroof repair which was still under warranty. It took 6 months and the roof still was not repaired.
