I have no complain about the customer service treatment. They are respectful and courteous. My issues is (a very big issue) everytime I have asked to get something repaired or serviced that is covered under They are respectful and courteous. My issues is (a very big issue) everytime I have asked to get something repaired or serviced that is covered under my service plan they never want to do it because it does not warrant a fee. My car radio has had issues since I purchased my vehicle (randomly turns off ) I tool it to the delear was told they would put the order in and would call me once the radio came in. Called several times to follow up and was told that they were still waiting on the radio (called 4 times) almost a year later and still waiting. My tires need rotating everytime I take it they want to charge me $80 because they are aftermarket. I explain each time that I purchased the vehicle with those tires and that I paid over 4k for the servcie and protection package and it's covered. Once they verify that it is covered they put in the order as the vehicle is being serviced. When I pick up the car they tell me the tired were not rotated and that it will be done during the next servicing. This last servicing the same thing happened, tires were not rotated and was told that it would be done during the next servicing. I told the guy that I was told the same thing during the 2 previous servicing. To which he answered " I can only tell you what my service guys tell me". If ai would have had to pay I am sure it would be done but since I did not have to pay because it is covered under my plan they don't want to do it. Why do they sell all these service plans and warranties if they do not honor them? Really disappointed. I don't know if I have to contact corporate or the actual brand but definitely this needs to be looked into. My parents and others have told me they have the same issue with this dealer. More
