First, Yoander was excellent in his service and professionalism while putting together the deal. He listened to what I wanted and made sure to get me exactly what I asked for at the price I was lo professionalism while putting together the deal. He listened to what I wanted and made sure to get me exactly what I asked for at the price I was looking for. He didn't waste time offering me things I didn't want and stayed in communication with me through the whole process. Second, Elvis was incredible through a service process we needed to resolve. He also stayed in constant communication with me to make sure I was satisfied with the results and put me in contact with all the right people. From beginning to end the experience was smooth and painless. Thanks guys! More

Greetings, I came on the 12 of February expecting my second oil change was free (that’s what the dealer told me when I leased the truck) but instead I was told that I had to pay for it. That wasn’t the second oil change was free (that’s what the dealer told me when I leased the truck) but instead I was told that I had to pay for it. That wasn’t the big problem though. I asked the service guy did you cater to veterans by giving us a discounted rate, since I wasn’t afforded the second oil change as promised for free. He quickly said no, but it’s highly ironic when I come into your showroom and I see veteran this and that. I then went to the paying counter where I asked a young lady who referred me to one of the service managers. Who then assisted me with 10% off ($90). As I drove off I noticed nothing was changed on my dashboard so I went back and they reset it. I then noticed that they did not fill the oil all the way up. Only to 60. Furthermore, my tire sensors (front) are now showing my tires are low and giving me a bad reading. So, my weekend was not a good experience going to your dealership. Thank you. More

Took my trailblazer there for a oil leak. After they check it they say I also have vapor escaping the gas line and to fix both problems it would be $6,200.00 but the technician is willing to make you a check it they say I also have vapor escaping the gas line and to fix both problems it would be $6,200.00 but the technician is willing to make you an offer to buy the trailblazer. My response was it's not for sale please fix it. There was no communication about how long this will take. I'll call and they send my call to message I had to take the uber there to speak to them. After one week and a half I recieved a call to pick up the trailblazer. It was dirty with greasy hands and the radio on loud spanish music the ac blowing hot air. The ac was working fine when I took it there. I return the trailblazer the following day and told them that now the ac have a problem which it did not have before. They said give them a day it took a week or more of back and forth and none communication before I was able to finally go to the managers office to air my frustration. It took another week before they called me to get the trailblazer. Ac still not working . I message the manager to let him know. He replied they did the best they can and the ac needs a box and because the blazer is a 2007 they cant find that part. 1 week later the engine light is on again vapour escaping the gas line. That's my experience and I'm out of $6,200 and had to give up my job because I did not have transportation. More
