We had a HORRIBLE experience with Miami Lakes Chevy due to Elvis & Eddy’s customer service. Eddy, the service manager, did not return any of my calls throughout a week and a half. After multiple attempts o to Elvis & Eddy’s customer service. Eddy, the service manager, did not return any of my calls throughout a week and a half. After multiple attempts of requesting a call back, Eddy, finally sent me a text (half coherent and full of spelling errors) advising he already called my warranty company and was waiting on a call back. This was a lie. I was in constant communication with my warranty coverage and they stated Eddy never called or anyone from Miami Lakes Chevy. After coming into the service center in person, Eddy said he “didn’t have anytime to talk to me” and ultimately said he would not service my truck. This encounter caused me to have to report Eddy to Chevy’s cooperate office and file a complaint. I also asked to speak with Elvis, who also refused to speak to me or help me in anyway. I’m highly disappointed with the service I received and expect better from a Chevrolet Dealer. We waisted our time and money rentals in order for it all to be waisted and declined service. More
