They said they issued a credit to my credit card, but the credit card bank says they have no record of the refund and won't see it for 7-10 business days...if they issued it.! I was also told by their salesman that they pay 8% in credit card fees. THAT WAS A LIE! The GM, Adam Well, had no interest in making things right or concern for the customer, his comment was I get 30 days of float from the credit card company so I shouldn't worry about it. The fact that they tied up my credit and didn't care appears to be how this dealership operates. They give the industry a bad name. More
