Overall I was ripped off! I traded in my 2018 Grand Cherokee for a 2025 Grand Cherokee - Purchased and paid in full! 3 months later I had to bring in vehicle for service (tho I traded in my 2018 Grand Cherokee for a 2025 Grand Cherokee - Purchased and paid in full! 3 months later I had to bring in vehicle for service (thought it would be covered under warranty) it was not! Had to go through insurance (scam). 3 weeks later battery died! I brought vehicle in and was talked into a NEW LEASE for a 2026 Grand Cherokee. I lost a tremendous amount of money. (I'm still trying to process the loss). I feel VERY taken advantage of. I am disappointed in myself for falling prey to the song and dance instead of walking out and thinking about situation. More

Do not purchase a car from this dealership. I experienced multiple dishonest from EMILIO practices during my visit. I brought in my Jeep Sahara, and they attempted to switch it with an identical vehicle that had a different engine. I caught the issue only because I checked the VIN number. After that, they tried to raise my interest rate even though I showed them my approved rate from Chase. They claimed they would match it, but they only had me sign the last page of the contract and never showed me the first page. I later discovered the interest rate was calculated per day. Please be cautious. Do not buy a warranty from them, and avoid financing through the dealership unless you want to pay significantly more—up to $15,000 extra. More
