Upon checking in I was told that my vehicle would be ready in 24 hours. I asked if she was sure because I thought that it would take longer; what would I know I am only a woman. Needless to say, my rim ready in 24 hours. I asked if she was sure because I thought that it would take longer; what would I know I am only a woman. Needless to say, my rim was ready after 4 days. She told me that I would be receiving calls from her for updates- that happened once in the course of 6 days. There were times that I called to follow up and this service advisor would be off from work and it was a scramble to find an advisor who did. In conclusion, I hope that in the future your employees will be better trained so that nobody needs to encounter the frustration and unacceptable customer service that I had experienced. Please note that I have purchased 3 vehicles from your dealership in less than 2 years and I feel that all of your other departments are fantastic. More
