Worked with Emily - she was professional, personable and friendly. I checked around for pricing and it was a little more than expected, but it looks like the mechanic took the time to do a good job. I was a little surprised that the serpentine belt was not part of the timing belt/water pump/ front seals replacement - and surprised not in a good way (another $200) for a belt you already took off, so I decided that. Overall I would come back, but would check out other options too based on pricing. More
