Actually I took appointment for transmission fluid replace they told 179+tax when I redom my car they told 300 + tax and we takecare u but when I talk some one abt there is one employe there she list replace they told 179+tax when I redom my car they told 300 + tax and we takecare u but when I talk some one abt there is one employe there she listen about story and she go inside tell main them supervisor something and they dont change my transmission fluid when I asked mechanic..I realized they dont..they so mean and cheap on this level job they always overcharged the people better then market..management suppose to focus on this..last 3 to 4 years they bad staff.not friendly all are businessman toyota suppose take serious abt this location because I m going to this location last 16 year now I dont like to go More

After bringing the Camry up for an oil change we heard whistling at 65mph made appointment dropped car off suggested rear brakes or fan motor and received call the technician and service manager could not whistling at 65mph made appointment dropped car off suggested rear brakes or fan motor and received call the technician and service manager could not hear noise after driving on rt 95 and back to shop for 5 miles but turned the rotors on front brakes and was charged,brought car home and that night driver side brakes were so hot could feel heat coming off them.called again and didn’t want to drive car made appointment for Monday morning Friday dropped car off as I didn’t think. It was a wise idea to drive it no loaner available for the weekend received a text Monday that service was being performed at 330 I called about the status and was informed that the calipers were not in stock and wouldn’t be in until Tuesday.did offer a loaner car but to get there from Edgewater at rush hour wasn’t worth the hastle ,was charged for rotors to be turned.
