Could do better. Feel like I always have issues with my car leaving Toyota after services are done with my car. Never use to have issues with it but not every time I get it serviced their something wrong afterwards. Also sometimes the service provider are always grumpy and rude. More

I’m not sure why it always takes so long to get my car. If you know I’m on my way, why don’t you pull it up if it’s going to take you 20 mins to get it. Also it’s hard for me to keep track of my service advisor so every time I have to go in and ask who the advisor is. It’s just not easy. More

I have purchased 2 or 3 cars from you and the service is excellent. I had my 5000 mi service done in Ottumwa at the dealership here and everything was a challenge. Couldn’t find my service agreement. Tire issue and they couldn’t find my tire agreement. Tried to charge me $400. I will drive 90 miles for my service done in your dealership. I appreciate you. More

Dealership is good. Love the video review of my car! Excellent customer service! I forgot to put gas in my car before it was picked up and felt terrible when I realized this.
