I decided to take a chance and drove down to Royal Moore Toyota from Seattle and I am so very glad I did. I reached out to the dealership about a used suv and was put in touch with Emily. She is efficient a Toyota from Seattle and I am so very glad I did. I reached out to the dealership about a used suv and was put in touch with Emily. She is efficient and knowledgeable, friendly and down-to-earth. She answered all of my questions about the vehicle before I drove down and was ready to go out on my test drive when I pulled into the dealership. Never once in my dealings with her did I feel uncomfortable or like I was having my wrist twisted into extras or unnecessary markups. The dealership was able to find me a better APR than my credit union and when it came time to sign all of the paperwork, bing-bang-boom, very efficient again and I was on the the road back to Seattle in my new used car. I just want to say thank you in particular to Emily. I told her that if anyone could have a delightful experience buying a car, I indeed had that experience! I highly recommend working with Emily if you can. More
