Web site offered every possible pricing and deductible combination for my 2008 Ford F-150. I placed on line order, transaction processed within a few hours. I got a form email confirming the purchase. I replied to it (imagine, a working reply-to address!) asking for a PDF of the contract as I am on-the-road right now. Within the hour I had it. I wish I lived nearer, I'd even venture to buy a new truck from these guys. The one and only reason I am keeping mine on the road at this point is my total distaste for the purchase process. If Lombard Ford is as good in car sales as they are on this extended warranty stuff and I lived anywhere nearby I'd be driving a new truck. More

excellent ESP warranty buying experience! We bought a certified used Ford Mustang, but the dealership wanted too much for the extended warranty. So we shopped around online and found two deale We bought a certified used Ford Mustang, but the dealership wanted too much for the extended warranty. So we shopped around online and found two dealerships that had the lowest prices for the warranty we were looking for. Lombard's was the higher priced of the two, but not by much, and when I told them the price of the other dealership, they matched the price! The best part of this whole buying experience was getting to work with Emma to purchase the Ford Premium care extended warranty. She was patient, and happily answered all of my questions, and made me feel truly comfortable in that I was buying the best product for me, given the amount of miles we would be driving the car per year. I also want to note that the person at the other dealership that is in RI (rhymes with blood) was not very helpful, he didnt have a very good attitude and was rather impatient. I almost hung up on him because of the way he answered my questions. So in the end, I've had the best extended warranty buying experience ever with Emma, and I hope to work with her again if I ever buy another Ford. More

ESP Plan Champions and My Heros This is the third time I have come to Lombard Ford, and Emma Allen in particular, to purchase a Premium Extended Service Plan for a new Ford truck tha This is the third time I have come to Lombard Ford, and Emma Allen in particular, to purchase a Premium Extended Service Plan for a new Ford truck that I bought elsewhere (I don't live anywhere near Barkhamsted CT). I was fortunate to have found them on line. Emma offered the best deal and went out of her way to save me money on the ultimate warranty. Amazingly, she even remembered me from my last purchase three years ago, and -- even better -- credited back half of that price toward my new plan. With Jack's support, Emma once again went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied and that we made the best deal possible. My advice: don't buy your ESP when you make the new purchase (anywhere else) at the usual 300% markup ... save your money and buy it on line from Emma at Lombard Ford ... then you can thank me. And all I can say is: Thank You Emma and Jack!!! :-) More
