Our 2006 Forester "straight-drive" was kept in perfect working order by your expert technicians and I developed a working relationship built on absolute trust with Reese Richardson who always has our best interest in mind. Because of this sense of trust, we decided to lease a new Forester with you in August 2019 and have been delighted with the six-month and one-year service performances. This was my second time making a purchase at Royal Moore Subaru and I will definitely come back for a third. My first interaction on this transaction was on the phone with Emmylea. She was incredibly helpfu Subaru and I will definitely come back for a third. My first interaction on this transaction was on the phone with Emmylea. She was incredibly helpful and cheerful and answered all of my questions. Luis walked with me to check out several vehicles and was very informative. We had a good amount of time to talk and he was open, knowledgeable, and accommodating. I called him a day later with a few questions and he couldn't have been nicer. I then worked with Derek on the finance side. He was great and answered all of my questions. There was no pushing to upsell me on add-ons and he understood that I was in a bit of a hurry to get to work. Finally, I had started my day in the service department with Delaney. She was extremely knowledgeable and so easy to work with. She was so friendly and welcoming. You guys have a great team. More
