I have not purchased a new car in over 15 years, consequently, I was nervous about buying a car with the myriad of options available in new cars today. Adam was my first contact, and I cannot say enough good things about the way he interacted with me, listened to my concerns and helped me to get started with my new Subaru. Emmylea was extremely accommodating specific to my schedule and did a great job teaching me about my Crosstrek. She was patient, calm and had no problem going over the same issue a few times. I feel I was very lucky to have had Adam as my sells contact and Emmylea as my trainer and best of all I love my new car!! More

Emmylea called after we had our Subaru for a about a week to see how we were getting along. She gave us several great tips on features we hadn't discovered yet, and sent videos so we could explore all that to see how we were getting along. Overall, a very nice experience. Also, Art at Royal Moore was very helpful and went out of his way to help us buy our Subaru. We were out-of-state buyers and he made sure we were confident and comfortable in all the paperwork and especially with the transport of our new car. More
