This dealership forces customers to pay for a $1,600 protection plan, no options. This is not shown on the listing on their website. I feel this is dishonest. The salesman agreen I would have final deci protection plan, no options. This is not shown on the listing on their website. I feel this is dishonest. The salesman agreen I would have final decision of where to finance after negotiations but re-negged on this aggreement at the last minute when they offered uncompetitive rates. More

Everyone at Robert Brogden Buick was very helpful, but Enoch Kritzell was exemplary. He put an app on our phones where we can always find our car, helped us understand many of the features, and even walke Enoch Kritzell was exemplary.
