They made buying a new car easy, an overall great experience I was welcomed as soon as I walked in the dealership and then I was walked over to my sales consultant, Enrique Castaneta. He went over the vehicle in detail and answered all my questions. Buying a car is often stressful but this time I was laughing and excited because Enrique was very friendly and efficient during the process. I was then greeted by Jenni Negrin, who walked me to her office to finalize the leasing documents. I process auto loans all day at work however I have never leased a car before. Jenni went over the leasing process and all it entails and made sure I was comfortable with my decision. She took the time to explain the documents and was patient with me and all of my questions. It was reassuring to know that I wasn't just a sale and that she actually cared about my concerns enough to discuss them with me. I now understand the leasing process and see how this is something I should have done in the past. The dealership was very busy while I was there and still I was treated like I was the only person there to buy a car. Everyone that walked by me smiled and said hello! Once I was fisnished signing my documents, Jenni walked me back to Enrique who took me outside to show me my vehicle. He sat with me and showed me everything in it, he hooked my phone up to Bluetooth, and answered any questions I had! I truly left there excited and comfortable with not only the new car but the entire experience. I'm glad I chose this dealership and have told many people about my experience. I will absolutely be staying with DCH in Old Bridge for any of future vehicle purchases! More

Excellent Car Buying Experience!!! I went to Academy Honda to buy a Civic Coupe that they had on the lot. I did my homework on price prior to visiting the dealership and wanted a quick I went to Academy Honda to buy a Civic Coupe that they had on the lot. I did my homework on price prior to visiting the dealership and wanted a quick, easy purchase. I called in advance and spoke with Enrique Castaneta, and asked him to have the car ready to test drive. When I arrived he was ready and waiting. I made an offer on the car which was accepted by the Sales Manager and took delivery on the car 2 hours later. I mentioned to Enrique that I was in a bit of a hurry so sped through the paperwork and got the car prepped in quick time. The entire experience was excellent and couldn't have been handled better. I highly recommend this dealership and found the staff to be accommodating and friendly, and I got a great deal on the car without having to haggle on price. Great experience! More
