Patient, Courteous, and HONEST I just took delivery a 2017 Civic EX-T Sedan with CVT and Honda Sensing at DCH Academy Honda. I started the process with Mr. Jasvinder Virdi at their I just took delivery a 2017 Civic EX-T Sedan with CVT and Honda Sensing at DCH Academy Honda. I started the process with Mr. Jasvinder Virdi at their Internet Sales department. Mr. Virdi was always polite, responsive (sometimes responding emails before business hours and on his day/Tuesday off), and last not but least up-front about pricing. We settled on exact spec and pricing/options mainly via emails within a fraction of a week before I visited the dealership today for the first and only time - I traveled a bit further from home in Princeton because they had in stock the car with almost the exact same spec I was looking for. For today's visit, Sales Consultant Mr. Enrique Castaneta took over, and the handoff from Mr. Virdi to Mr. Castaneta was seamless, and I didn't have to regontiate the pricing again. Mr. Castaneta was very patient and courteous. He did show me a few protection packages - I understand that's his job (under his manager's direction) and can see some customers might need them. Unfortunately, I either don't need them, or want them but can't afford them due the budget constraint. During the whole time Mr. Castaneta was never pushy and made me uncomfortable. After the payment and I got the car keys, Mr. Castaneta was still very patient demonstrating all the operations/features/functions to me and didn't rush the process. Finally, before I drove off, the dealership manager (didn't get this name) was nice to come all the way to the lot to thank for my business and gave a key chain (with the dealership logo on one side and phone numbers for sales/service/parts on the other) for the car key. Very nice and thoughtful. I will definitely refer my family and friends here if anyone needs a Honda. More

Overall Great Experience Enrique was very patient and helpful and understanding in my decision of either buying out my lease or getting into a new car or Lease.
