The staff was really great from the Heather Reinbeck who gave me the quote thru the internet to the salesman Enrique Castaneda. Enrique was thorough, detailed, friendly and very accommodating. The finance guy which I forgot the name was also great (sorry I forgot his name). There was no pressure from these guys to buy any options you don't want. This was my second Honda Civic that I bought from this dealership. The first one was a 2010 Honda Civic DX. I received different quotes from different dealers. Almost all are the same maybe with a difference of $10 a month. But I have a great experience in 2010 that is why I chose this dealership again. I also have dealt with different dealerships from Hyundai, Toyota, Ford and Nissan and those dealership I can say I was very sad and angry. But this dealership is very impressive. Thank you again.
