I was not impressed with the service this time around. Wait was too long. The one thing I did not love, was them adjusting my seat completely. Don't love dealers as a general rule and this experience was worse than before. More

Good experience as usual. I was disappointed to hear that they don't offer the 3 oil changes plus the emissions and tire rotation package anymore with the new ownership. Going to this dealership always feels like I'm being scammed. Everything is SO expensive to repair or to even have checked out. Nothing was wrong with this visit but the price to get a new key fob being scammed. Everything is SO expensive to repair or to even have checked out. I am very pleased with my visit they got me in early, the listened to what I needed as well as what I already knew that was wrong with my vehicle that I am trying to save up for and they didn't hound me abou listened to what I needed as well as what I already knew that was wrong with my vehicle that I am trying to save up for and they didn't hound me about it! I bought my Toyota at a different dealer because whenever I stopped in at Orem no one ever even approached me to see what I was looking for. Service department is great though. In August 2025 I took my Tacoma in for service (a routine oil change). In July 2025 I purchased the Tacoma from Orem Toyota. In addition I purchased the extended warranty. At the conclusion of the visit, Enr oil change). In July 2025 I purchased the Tacoma from Orem Toyota. In addition I purchased the extended warranty. At the conclusion of the visit, Enrique Soto informed me that the upper control arms of the ball joints on the two front tires would need to be replaced and it would be $2000. I immediately found Todd Robinson who then asked Enrique if the used car multi point inspection and warranty would cover it. Enrique then said he would have to ask the tech if the warranty would cover the cost of the upper control arms. By then it was 6pm at night and Enrique said I would need to leave my truck there. The next day I learned that the control arms did not need to be replaced. You can imagine my frustration that I had to leave my truck there as well as the mental anguish that I would need new truck parts after just purchasing the truck a month ago. Todd Robinson explained that Toyota does a thorough inspection. I thought and still think that this is terrible customer service. More
