Buying a new CRV Touring Enver, as always went above and beyond for my sister. Really a needle in the haystack. One of those rare salesman. When I originally went to Crown Honda, I was interested in an Accord that was in stock online, but unfortunately someone purchased it just salesman. He didn’t give up, he showed me other vehicles that I was sure to be interested in. I left the dealership now interested in a civic sport touring. When it came time to purchase the vehicle, he really did try his best to make the process as quick and painless as possible, which he and everyone else at the dealership did. His knowledge for every vehicle that I test drove and purchased was absolutely phenomenal. Far more than what I got from any other dealership. All in all, great experience and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new or used Honda. More

I was really taken great care of by Diamara in the service department. She went above and beyond to get my van brakes foxed and a spare key programmed for me. My wife is very pregnant and we needed service department. She went above and beyond to get my van brakes foxed and a spare key programmed for me. Honda was coming out with the new Passport and I was very excited however it was a few months from being on dealer lots. I inquired about the Passport with Enver and he kept me updated for MONTHS!! Answered every question I could think of in that timeframe and was always very quick to respond. By the time they released and I could get in, he had several choices for me and we spent the entire day going through the different models and features and test drives. Enver is like having a best friend going to go buy a car with you! No pressure and he even helps to get you the best deal! If I needed a 3rd car right now I'd be seeing Enver again! More

I was already frustrated when I arrived at Crown because I had previously tried to work with two other dealers/salespeople that week. Enver managed to do the complete opposite - I was at ease, my questions were promptly and thoroughly answered, there was transparency throughout the sales process - online Carfax and Blue Book info was shared with me so that I could verify online the condition/history of the car and the price/terms. Enver earned my trust, turned me from stressed to happy, and we have a great vehicle. Note, the vehicle we purchased had an older battery. Enver insisted it be replaced. It was the end of the night, and the Parts Dept was closed. So, Enver went to nearby auto parts stores for a new car battery - that's a commitment to service and customers having a successful experience.
