In addition, he went to great length to explain every detail of our new vehicle's equipment and functions. Enver made every effort to make our experience a positive one. We will recommend Enver to our friends and acquaintances with certainty that they will be just as pleased as we are. Unfortunately, our experience with the Finance director made this a less than satisfying experience. He required us to make an extra trip to the dealership(we don't live near the dealership) to satisfy your dealership's incentive program. The following day, when we were to finalize the paperwork and pick up our new vehicle, we waited an extraordinarily long period of time to even begin the process with the finance director. He registered no sincere regret at our protracted wait. To the dealership's credit, and thanks to Enver's effort, the manager did offer us gift card which was much appreciated. More

Not only worked with me and my father across state lines which is a sticky situation as it was even threw in the tint on my new civic. This dude is incredible and definitely manager material. If enver was in charge of the sales force he'd make sure everyone was treated as family. Not only did he get me set up in my Honda, he did it quick so when I arrived on my red eye he had everything ready for me to drive away. Kept me in the loop the whole time and never once let me down. After deciding on a car (which was a great deal for the price) he explained to me in detail everything about the car; specs, features, the Carfax report, how car buying process works, ect. Even when I purchased and picked up my car, he came out and showed me how to program certain settings. His dedication to the sale did not go unnoticed as well as his patience. The finance manager, Gary, worked with my financing needs, giving me the best rates possible. He also explained to me in great detail of how the financing process works and was incredibly patient (even when I called back to ask about the details extended warranty that I forgot we had talked about previously). I would definitely recommend Crown Honda and Enver to anyone who wants a great car buying experience! You will not be disappointed. :) More
