We had just been to another dealer and were pretty sure we would buy their car but I needed to compare two more cars before making my decision. Crown Honda could not have been nicer. We actually left to look at another vehicle but decided on the Honda as the best fit for us. The GM, Travis, and Enver Bekric worked very hard to get us numbers we could live with, then the finance guy (Justin) out the icing on the cake. Enver was very knowledgeable about the HRV. My only complaint, was the phone call received from the dealership AFTER we left. We were barely out of the parking lot and they wanted to know about how wonderful our visit was! The annoys the xxxx out of me. Give me some time to enjoy my new car. Let me see how things work, if I have a problem, let me see how the dealership handles it. I cannot possibly give you a valid review based on one experience. More
