Enver spend a lot of time explaining the features of the suv and the purchase when smooth. No unexpected expenses like the old car dealerships use to do. Thanks for a great deal. More

I test drove a number of Odysseys of varying trim levels and my sales representative, Enver, took the time to point out the different features unique to each vehicle. He patiently answered all my questions and I received a written quote before leaving that day. I did some comparison shopping at Toyota and found that the Honda had better features, was more user friendly and had more safety features on the regular models. At Toyota I had to go up to the premium elite model to get the front end collision warning. Also, I wanted the DVD player only and not the Navi and I could get that on the Odyssey, but on the Toyota Sienna these two items were bundled together and the cost was higher. I also did some comparison shopping at other Honda dealers and found Crown's price to be $160 higher, which they quickly matched. After we negotiated, I selected a color which was not in dealer stock. At this point Evner found a vehicle for me in Orlando and had it driven over the next day. Upon pick up, Evner sat with me in the car and went over all the features and made sure I was completely happy and comfortable in the car. He really went out of his way to make sure my car buying experience was great! More

Financial Services Manager is a liar and dishonest! I bought a Honda HRV March 21, 2016, love the car, salesman Enver BEKRIC was fantastic- 20 statrs! But I let Alex Pensabene-Davis talk me into $6,000 I bought a Honda HRV March 21, 2016, love the car, salesman Enver BEKRIC was fantastic- 20 statrs! But I let Alex Pensabene-Davis talk me into $6,000 worth of warranties. It was 9pm that night. When I came home and realized how much it was I read that you have a right to cancel in 30 days in writing. I typed a letter to cancel, hand delivered at noon on March 22. She grilled me as to why I wanted to cancel, said insulting things. She said loan was already funded (overnight on a Saturday? Really?). She said it could take a few weeks to be refunded. May 1 I call company I financed with, they had received NO payment from Honda. May 2, 2016 I go into dealership and ask for General Manager Jay Biggerstaff. I tell him the story he says he will research and call me. He calls me May 3rd and said the problem was I cancelled before the loan ever funded on March 24th. So Alex Pensabene- Davis, the Finacial Services Manager lied that loan had funded overnight on March 21st. GM Biggerstaff promises all $6,000 will be deposited into my car loan by April 11th. That didn't happen either but I waited until April 25th to give it a chance to be refunded. No monies were refunded. I called Enver Bekric the salesman on his cell since I had his card. He was so nice and said he would check into it. Within a week of Enver checking on it money started being refunded into my car loan piece by piece. So far 5 payments totaling $5,300.64 has been deposited. I will have to check on the $700.00 still owing. I was never mailed a survey but here it is: General a Manager I give a 1 out of 10, he was at least polite but did nothing. Alex Pensabene-Davis, Fin. Svcs. mgr. I give her a minus 10 (-10) on a ten scale. She was rude, lied, and never cancelled the warranties. ENVER BEKRIC, I give a plus 20 on a ten scale. He is informed, polite, honest, and goes the extra 100 miles to make sure a customer is satisfied. This dealership is really lucky to gave him! And I am lucky there is one honest person working there. This review might not be read so I'm also mailing it to the regional Honda Manager- maybe he is like Enver and not the others! More

My experience with him in first finding me the perfect car based upon my specifications in a short period of time, has allowed me to substantially raise my overall view of the car buying experience (It used to be just below going to the dentist). He made the whole process an enjoyable experience and truly listened to my wants and needs. He answered all my questions in a timely manner and went to bat for me with the staff of the dealership. All the personnel was courteous and seemed to work together as a well polished team. They are truly the best of the best at what they do. More

We went there because we had such a great experience last year when we bought a car there. Again we are extremely impressed by this dealership and all it's staff. In particular our sales rep Enver Benkrik and Justin Callahan , Finance. I can't say enough about how considerate and helpful they are with all of our needs. They worked with us from the time we walked in the door until we left for home in our new CRV. They went out of their way to work with us to get the best deal on a beaugiful vehicle. They go above and beyond the call of duty in making sure all of our needs are met, we are heard and fully satisfied. Prior to leaving for home Enver came out to the new car with us and showed us the "in's and outs" of our new vehicle. He assisted us with paring our phones and understanding how this car works. I can't say enough about how satisfied we are with Crown Honda and their staff. They are the best . I would highly recommend them and would go out of my way to do business with them. When our planned visit conflicted with Bruce's schedule he made arrangements for others to be available. When we arrived the contact was busy and a replacement was quickly brought to bear to address our questions. My wife wanted to see the actual vehicles she was interested in to determine color, she already knew the model she wanted. Both were brought out so she could see for herself. Once decided we met with Michael who was both patient and understanding. After extensive negotiations, we reached agreement with his superiors. He was anxious to close the deal and we did not want to hang around so we proposed returning the next day to finalize the transaction. Despite it being his day off Michael returned to finalize things with us and to go over the car with my wife. In the meanwhile, we met with Alex to pay for it and she was a delight in making things flow smoothly. All in all a very pleasant experience. More

Purchase of new Pilot I was having my 2008 Pilot in for service. Enver Bekric noticed me in the lot looking at the 2016 Pilot. He stopped and answered all my questions. I told him I planned on making a purchase in a few months. Enver never pressured me-gave me his card and told me to contact him anytime even if to only check on availability. I noticed a demonstrator on the showroom floor. The exact model and color I had in mind. I called Enver the next morning. We discussed a fair price and made the deal happen that day. I knew I came to the right dealership when I drove my new Pilot away and heard a noise in the dash (a creaking sound). Went back immediately. Enver had the service representative (Brooks Falzone) look at the problem. It has been in service for a few days but I am confident I will be satisfied with the final result. More
