I really enjoy working with the Boardwalk Ferrari team because they are friendly, knowledgeable and fair. I have purchased 3 cars from them over 2 years, and each experience has been great. I would highl because they are friendly, knowledgeable and fair. I have purchased 3 cars from them over 2 years, and each experience has been great. I would highly recommend them. The sales team is highly knowledgeable about the cars, technical specs and competitive vehicles. They are all very patient and never pressure the client. Everyone else at the dealership also fits this culture. The finance manager does a great job talking through the deal and explaining everything very clearly, as well as discussing different options. As it relates to new car delivery, I also appreciate that they take care of all non-factory modifications through their vendor network (clear shield, radar installation, etc.) so you just pick it up once. Then you can contact their service department if anything goes wrong, and they will deal with the vendor directly. Great service. More

First class operation. I have a very limited amount of free time to coordinate buying/trading a car. I made one visit to the dealership. I told them what I wanted, what I would pay and advised them to cal free time to coordinate buying/trading a car. I made one visit to the dealership. I told them what I wanted, what I would pay and advised them to call me when they found it. Within a short time Lindsey coordinated trading my Bentley and finding me the exact Ferrari I wanted. The price was more than competitive and the delivery process was smooth. After driving the car for a few days, I found that because I'm tall, the front visor began to bother me. When I called the dealership to ask for a cure they directed me to the service manager who advised "bring it in any time and we'll modify it for you." Three days later I drove the car to Boardwalk and while I had a cup of coffee they fixed the issued. They didn’t charge me for the repair and the service advisor refused my tip. From Lindsey, my sales rep to Enver the sales manager, to finance, service, and delivery were all first class....the way it should be when you're purchasing a Ferrari! More

Knowing that Boardwalk Ferrari is the only franchise Ferrari dealer in North Texas, you might think that perhaps you would not be treated as fairly as you would like to be, as a result of the lack of co Ferrari dealer in North Texas, you might think that perhaps you would not be treated as fairly as you would like to be, as a result of the lack of competetion. In fact, just the opposite is true. The people at Boardwalk are most knowledgable and courteous. They have proven to be extremely professional in every respect. They truly provide an experience equal to the quality of vehicles that they sell and service. More

The sales manager, Enver, took my wife and I into his office, spent a very long time with us answering our every question, showing us what to look for in a car, in short giving us a thorough and honest education on Ferrari ownership. We felt like he was very understanding about our wants. I couldn't have asked to be treated with more courtesy. Later, we were introduced to Lindsey Redfern who began a search for a car that was right for us. Over the next few weeks leading up to our eventual purchase of the most perfect, fabulous red F430 she, Lindsey, was more than just helpful. As a nervous first time Ferrari shopper I needed a lot of hand-holding. In short, I was very well cared for, was made to feel very much at home at the dealership. I look forward to the day I can make it back to Dallas so I can visit with the people I now consider my friends. When I buy my next Ferrari I will be calling Lindsey at Boardwalk. More

The whole staff at Boardwalk is amazing. The sales manager, Enver Kaba, makes you feel right at home and takes the time to share his extensive knowledge of the Maserati and Ferrari lines with you. Nathan and Enver did a great job helping to make my buying experience truly great. Boardwalk Ferrari had the best price on the F458 and they were able to get me the best price on my trade-in Boardwalk buying experience truly great. Boardwalk Ferrari had the best price on the F458 and they were able to get me the best price on my trade-in Boardwalk Ferrari really did a great job to make me feel comfortable with their service and parts department. Nathan went so far after the sale, that he actually gave me a scale model of the car that I bought from him. This was really a positive buying experience and I highly recommend Boardwalk, Nathan and Enver to my friends. More

Wow! Is the only word to describe the single best car buying experience of my life! Lindsey is exceptional. I had a tough time deciding what I wanted to buy...and changed my mind several times as to wh buying experience of my life! Lindsey is exceptional. I had a tough time deciding what I wanted to buy...and changed my mind several times as to what I was looking for...new vs used, blue vs black, grandtourisimo vs quattraporte etc...well you get the picture. Lindesy patiently help me figure it out over several months. I ended up with THE most beautiful car because Lindsey did such a wonderful job. I was so comfortable contacting her throughout the entire process...she is so sweet and has the best follow through and follow up. I felt so special through the entire process. Bryan, Enver etc are all so terrific swell. In fact, the entire dealership is outstanding! The guys who wash my car, all the service guys etc... I really love my car....and I cannot think of one thing Lindsey and the entire dealership can do better. Liz S. More
