I have purchased many vehicles, including 4 from Boardwalk Ferrari Maserati, and I can say that this dealership has always made it a very easy and enjoyable experience. They take the time to listen Boardwalk Ferrari Maserati, and I can say that this dealership has always made it a very easy and enjoyable experience. They take the time to listen and help. This is easily one of the best dealerships that I have ever worked with. Lindsey was fantastic to work with, as were Enver and Brian. I recently traded in my 360 for a pre-owned California. When I told Lindsey and Enver that I was considering this, they took the time to see what I was looking for, and to go over all of the options with me. They made me a very fair offer on my trade, as well as a very fair sales price offer. After deciding on my new vehicle, the remainder of the transaction went off without a hitch. Everyone took the time to address all of my concerns and make sure I was completely satisfied. Brian took care of all of the financial details for me so that when I arrived, everything was already done. Lindsey took the time to make sure everything was ready with the car and to go over all of the vehicle's specifics with me. She also followed up with me to make sure I had no problems or questions. I would recommend Boardwalk Ferrari and Lindsey to anyone, as I know they will be well taken care of, and I will definitely be buying from them again in the future. More

Nathan, Enver and Brian met all of our needs from the time we placed our order until we picked up our beautiful 458 italia. Brian, the business manager, carefully explained all the purchasing and trade paperwork, and is always patient and transparent. Steve Fordham and Quentin Forge in Service ensured all my dealer options were taken care of, and the car was in perfect condition for delivery. The GM, Shad Warren, and New Car Sales Manager, Enver Kaba, also stayed in touch to ensure the whole experience was excellent. The team at Boardwalk is world class like the cars they sell. More

I must say I was truly impressed by my experience at Boardwalk Ferrari Maserati of Plano, and the purchase of our new 2012 Maserati GranTurismo Convertible Sport. The professionalism and customer orien Boardwalk Ferrari Maserati of Plano, and the purchase of our new 2012 Maserati GranTurismo Convertible Sport. The professionalism and customer oriented approach exhibited by Lindsey Redfern our sales consultant, as well as Enver (Sales Manager) and Shad (GM) is unlike any I have seen in the auto industry. Lindsey was most interested in understanding what our needs were for a new car, and then fitting the appropriate car to those needs. She spent a lot of time listening rather than attempting to push a specific model, car type, style, or brand. There are several cars in the exotic category but each one is very unique, special, and specific. She asked serious and thoughtful questions of both my wife and I such as; “what are you “REALLY” going to do with THIS car?” “How do you see yourself in it?” “Are long drives a priority, or short blast on Saturday morning?” “Do you travel with more than 2 people often?” She made it easy for us to narrow down our choices and focus in. When I indicated a desire to dispose of a current vehicle that has a very limited market, Lindsey immediately jumped in and offered to help. She called me the next day with a very fair offer for the car and we were able to move forward with the new purchase. We arrived at a purchase price quickly without any of the drama that most dealers attempt to put customers through. One email and we were finished arriving at a fair price. The closing with Shad took less than 15 minutes and the car was waiting for us when I arrived to sign the final paperwork. Lindsey did a quick briefing on the car and we were on our way, (with her cell phone number in hand if we had any questions). PERFECT and just the way it should be. You cannot go wrong buying a high-end car from Boardwalk Plano and Lindsey. It cannot get better than these guys. Well Done Lindsey, and team. Loving the car- Bob & Laurie More

I recently purchased a 2012 Granturismo S to replace a 2008 Granturismo. Throughout the entire experience, Lindsey, as well as Enver and Brian, were excellent to work with. She was able to answer all of my questions, and was very patient as we went through all of the various options available. The entire experience, from trading in my old vehicle to choosing the new one to dealing with the financial aspects, were handled in a very efficient, professional and helpful manner. Lindsey and the rest of the people there made this a very enjoyable car purchasing experience. Additionally, when I asked that some additional options be placed on the car I chose, including some things that were done by an outside vendor, Lindsey not only took care of all of the arrangements, but saw the entire process through and had everything completed prior to my taking delivery, so that I did not need to do anything but pick up my vehicle. Not only would I highly recommend Lindsey and Boardwalk to anyone else, but I am certain I will be purchasing additional vehicles from them in the future. Boardwalk Ferrari Maserati provides the best car purchasing experience of any dealership from which I have ever bought a vehicle. More

My first dealing with Boardwalk Ferrari/Maserati came in the form of a recall notice for the Ferrari 355... I met with service manager Jeff, and service tech Nick upon arrival... Both were incredible to wor the form of a recall notice for the Ferrari 355... I met with service manager Jeff, and service tech Nick upon arrival... Both were incredible to work with... They listened to my questions, and handled the recall letter with efficiency and acuracy... They took excellent care of the vehicle all the way through the service, and offered suggestions to keep the car a perfect ten! The washing, waxing and cleaning from Quinton's group was just icing on the cake! Great, great job all of you! The Boardwalk experience didn't stop there.. After dropping the 355 off at service, I walked across the beautiful showroom floor to meet my ride home.. Sales consultant Lindsey must have seen the glow in my eyes as I peered onto the 2012 Maserati QP... She greeted me respectfully, confidently and with a smile... She had my attention as she shared with me the lineage of the QP both the good and the not so good.. She knew her product very well, and answered my questions thourghly.. If she didn't know the answer, she knew where to find it... Her follow up and follow through was outstanding...I had to have one! We arrived at a deal, Lindsey and I, working with Enver, and Brian.. Everything in the sale was fantastic start to finish.. I enjoyed working with them all, and hope that we can again in the future.. Boardwalk Ferrari/Maserati must be on your list if looking for an exotic.. Excellent, excellent, excellent! More

I had visited this Boardwalk on several occasions but was never able to purchase a car. I had used Boardwalk on several occasions for service of my cars to comply with Ferrari factory warranty and maintenan never able to purchase a car. I had used Boardwalk on several occasions for service of my cars to comply with Ferrari factory warranty and maintenance. Larry Neighbors was exceptionally helpful both during service visits and responding when questions or concerns occurred away from the dealership. Enver was always a gentleman when I visited the dealership even though I had purchased cars elsewhere. Boardwalk invited me to attend several events they sponsored the past few years. The events were not only fun but they were gracious and made us feel welcome. Brian Benjamin spent time to help work thru all kinds of alternatives to compare the right deal. He was not only well prepared but he responded openly and honestly about the options to consider. He also kept Enver in the process to eliminate surprises or miscommunication from sales agreement to a closing statement. Shad was interested enough to make an effort to meet me and thank me for becoming a new customer. The entire staff at Boardwalk Ferrari have improved the bar for customer relations since Enver became Sales Manager. More

I have purchased and sold a number of cars over the past 7 years from and thru Boardwalk Ferrari. I can say without reservation that Boardwalk Ferrari is the best dealership I have conducted car business w 7 years from and thru Boardwalk Ferrari. I can say without reservation that Boardwalk Ferrari is the best dealership I have conducted car business with. Nathan Dunning and Enver Kaba are terriffic. Most of the cars I've purchased from them have been special orders. They are knowledgable, user friendly and keep me informed of the status of my order right up to the day the car is deliverd to the dealership. The service thru the delivery process and after the sale is superb. More

I really enjoy working with the Boardwalk Ferrari team because they are friendly, knowledgeable and fair. I have purchased 3 cars from them over 2 years, and each experience has been great. The sales team is highly knowledgeable about the cars, technical specs and competitive vehicles. They are all very patient and never pressure the client. Everyone else at the dealership also fits this culture. The finance manager does a great job talking through the deal and explaining everything very clearly, as well as discussing different options. As it relates to new car delivery, I also appreciate that they take care of all non-factory modifications through their vendor network (clear shield, radar installation, etc.) so you just pick it up once. Then you can contact their service department if anything goes wrong, and they will deal with the vendor directly. Great service. More
