EXCELLENT SERVICE DEPT On May 29th while visiting from Illinois the transmission in our 2009 Acadia went out and of course it had to be during the holiday weekend. We contac On May 29th while visiting from Illinois the transmission in our 2009 Acadia went out and of course it had to be during the holiday weekend. We contacted the dealership in regards to seeing about getting it repaired as we were to head home on that following Tuesday the 31st. As expected the parts were going to have to come in by truck from elsewhere and it was going to be a few days before we would be fixed, luckily we were staying with friends and had a place to go. Eric in the service dept kept in contact with us throughout the ordeal and the mechanic we had named Craig went above and beyond looking out for us as he repaired it. he noticed after being together it didnt shift right so he tore in to it again until he found the problem and fixed it ! we roled out on a Thursday evening about 7:30 pm after they put in a couple hours overtime to make sure we could get going....856 miles later it got us home and is still doing fine!! I'd like to recognize these guys for their dedication to the customer and if I lived there I would definately buy or have car serviced by them!!
