Happy with the personnel, but I found it very difficult to get in touch with anyone over the phone using a variety of direct and general numbers. I think NYE would benefit greatly by hiring a good receptio to get in touch with anyone over the phone using a variety of direct and general numbers. I think NYE would benefit greatly by hiring a good receptionist to answer and redirect callers or let them know that the person I am trying to contact is busy or not in and let me know that someone will call me back. Otherwise, great experience. More

I was pretty upset about another dealership I called NYE in Oneida Ny talked to a sales representative named Alex he was honest straightforward which is to be honored when it came time for me to pick up my in Oneida Ny talked to a sales representative named Alex he was honest straightforward which is to be honored when it came time for me to pick up my new tundra Alex called apologized about the truck sale not going through because of a factory recall but what was the deal for me was when Alex mentioned he’d never sell the truck to me because of concerns about my grandkids safety which to me was hands down 100% awesome and within another ten minutes they called me back and said they had a better truck for not much more so I’m 10000% satisfied with all the people at NYE TOYOTA in Oneida and Brian in financing was awesome as well keep up the great work everyone and if things go well within a year hopefully financing another Toyota for my daughter when someone is honest and straightforward and as respectful as these gentlemen were that’s awesome More
