Financing can get ugly, but Eric and Rick explained things, and worked with me to get to a comfortable sale price and payment. This was the first dealership I dealt with that didn't tell me to "go talk it over" with my husband, or wouldn't even entertain a conversation on price (yes, that garbage still happens). I bought a previously owned 2013 Buick Encore, so I can only speak to their Used Car sales team, but to me, Sunrise is a premiere dealership. More

Best car buying experience I came in on a whim to see if I could trade in my Dodge Journey for something a little more roomy. Matt had 3 options in a matter of minutes. Matt was very knowledgable about the options and reviews of each make. Ended up going with a suburban that was awesome! Quite an enjoyable experience. The best part is I was in and out in about 2 hours tops. I highly recommend working with Matt! His manager Eric Claeson was very helpful through out the process. Great guys all around! More

They made sure that the car I bought was dependable and something I could afford while I’m in college. I went in scared, because I went to a different dealership the day before and they basically told me that they couldn’t help me and tried to bully me into buying a car I couldn’t afford. I’m very happy my uncle referred me to Sunrise Chevrolet, because everyone is very impressed with the amazing car I bought (especially being a first time buyer). Drove in by chance came back the next day and bought the car I had been looking at Kia Rios because they fell well withing my price range and had found one at the jeep dealer across the street that in person was I had been looking at Kia Rios because they fell well withing my price range and had found one at the jeep dealer across the street that in person was much more rough than pictures had suggested. On a whim so as to not have an entirely wasted trip I decided to stop and look at two kia Souls that Sunrise Chevy had sitting on their lot. I was met immediately by Roger Nicklaus, who was easily one of the nicest most friendly car dealers ive met, and allowed me to test drive the soul which I loved. He did not however pressure me into getting it and he and eric claeson showed me other options within my price range they also had but I told him I needed to do my due diligence and research a little more. I spoke to him the next day and let him know I was intending on looking at some other souls but that if I was unable to find something I liked I would be back. After about 6 hours of car shopping and two of the most unpleasant experiences ive ever had trying to buy something I found myself calling Roger back letting him know id be in shortly. Roger was out on a test drive when I came in but Matt Dickerson was ready and up to speed with my needs and again incredibly friendly and willing to help a quality I didn't realize was so important in the car buying process.I left that day with peace of mind knowing the car was in great condition and would run for a long time to come because I bought it from people I trusted. More
