I called Eric as soon as the dealership opened and he picked up right away, eager to help. I asked about the availability of a preowned vehicle and while his system showed it was available he wanted to m picked up right away, eager to help. I asked about the availability of a preowned vehicle and while his system showed it was available he wanted to make sure by checking the lot. He called me back in 7 minutes to confirm the vehicle was still available. I made the 2 hour drive and when I got there the vehicle was detailed and ready for me to inspect/test drive. The rest of the process was very smooth and Eric made me feel comfortable the entire time. He was able to make the adjustments I needed to get the deal done and didn’t waste any time which I really appreciated. They took my trade in and appraised it for more than I was expecting and handled everything very efficiently. Gary was also very nice to deal with and had a very easy going attitude which made the paperwork process a breeze. All in all I would say the overall car buying experience with Eric exceeded my expectations and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a new vehicle. Thanks again! More
