Eric did an amazing job. He went out of his way to meet my needs. In fact, he went beyond what he had to do in order to make sure we got the car we wanted. While on the search for a new (to me) car I had the pleasure of visiting Audi Cary and working with Eric Danford. Without a doubt Eric and Audi Cary were the absolute best to work with and visit and I pleasure of visiting Audi Cary and working with Eric Danford. Without a doubt Eric and Audi Cary were the absolute best to work with and visit and I had been to a lot of dealerships. The Audi I test drove was not my #1 favorite and ultimately was not the car for me but, even though I felt it was not the car for me, I struggled with which car and dealership to go with. If I could have bought the Volvo XC60 from Eric at Audi Cary I 100% would and wish I could. Eric and the gentleman I believe was the manager could not have been kinder or more helpful without any hint of pressure or pushiness. I highly recommend working with Eric. My experience was nothing short of fantastic. If/when I am on the hunt for another car without a doubt, my first visit will be Eric at Audi Cary. More

Eric Danford was great to work with. The first car I found online had sold over the weekend, but he was able to find me a better car within 2 hours same day. He knew just want I was looking for and real found online had sold over the weekend, but he was able to find me a better car within 2 hours same day. He knew just want I was looking for and really took his time to walk me through how the car worked prior to the test drive. You would of thought it was his car! I never felt like I was being “sold” or pressured with Eric which I really appreciated. I also worked with Hugh in finance who was clear at communicating everything coverage wise, payment options, and really made me feel apart of the Audi family with his kindness. More
