Loved working with Eric to get my Q7 - was knowledgable and relatable. We also worked with Hugh from Finance - who advocated for the rim package (which we went with - as I do not know how to parallel park) and relatable. The 2010 S4 I was planning to trade in broke down on the way to Cary and had to be towed in. This left me in an unusual situation of both not knowing the value of the trade and needing a car. However, Eric way to Cary and had to be towed in. This left me in an unusual situation of both not knowing the value of the trade and needing a car. However, Eric and Management found a fair way to eventually evaluate the trade and offered very attractive terms on a new 2020 SQ5. In a situation where the dealer could have tried to take advantage of my circumstances, everyone at Cary Audi showed professionalism and class. More
