They are very communicative and helped with our purchase all the way through. Vu is very knowledgeable about the vehicles on the lot and was great in answering the questions we had with a great personality all the way through. We had a vehicle in order and were always informed of the same model and trim that were delivered if we decided to change our minds about our color preference. Eric made sure that we knew when the vehicle was en route via transport truck and when it would be on the lot. He was then very helpful in navigating through the features of our car and answering the extra questions we had. Jarell did our paperwork on our first car and Hesam did our paperwork on this second car. They made sure we were informed and felt confident in what we were signing up for.
