They are very communicative and helped with our purchase all the way through. Vu is very knowledgeable about the vehicles on the lot and was great in answering the questions we had with a great personality all the way through. Vu is very knowledgeable about the vehicles on the lot and was great in answering the questions we had with a great personality to have during our test drive on a vehicle we liked, just not the trim we wanted. We had a vehicle in order and were always informed of the same model and trim that were delivered if we decided to change our minds about our color preference. Eric made sure that we knew when the vehicle was en route via transport truck and when it would be on the lot. He was then very helpful in navigating through the features of our car and answering the extra questions we had. Jarell did our paperwork on our first car and Hesam did our paperwork on this second car. They made sure we were informed and felt confident in what we were signing up for. David had an impeccable ability of making us feel like we were his only customer. He impressed our entire family by making us feel at ease, answering every question (and more) about the car, engaging with us and becoming familiar with our needs for the car and personalizing our overall experience. Because of the exceptional service, we decided to purchase the car. David made us feel confident in the decision to buy this car for our new teen driver! David made our buying experience probably one of the best we have ever had. He left no detail unattended, he provided us with a thorough tour of the car and dealership process, and he made the transition to the financing stage seamless (and entertaining). I cannot say enough good things about David. If I had any advice for improvement, it would be two things (1) Promote David! He would instrumental in teaching others the magic he creates in the customer service he provides and (2) When David made our personal car video he made it feel polished and professional--He has a radio/tv presence!
