A situation came up with trying to get the car registered and both Carlos and Don made sure it got dealt with right away.and I was able to drive my new car home. Great staff! Good selection and Perfect service I came into the dealership with what I was looking for and was asked to look for Eric. As approached him he directed me to Gerry Gorham. For and my price range. We looked at different Tacoma’s but found one to fit my budget. After a strenuous back and forth and looking for a Tacoma, I decided on one. The price was too high for my budget. The general manager came over to me and asked me how he could help me get to what was within my budget. Both Gerry and the manager we’re terrific. I told that I had to decide and would make a decision tomorrow. When I came in the next day, I met with Gerry and I decided to look at another vehicle. Gerry was very patient with my indecisiveness. I finally settled on a vehicle of my choosing and all involved were of great assistance. Gerry, manager and financial manager. Great experience! I have bought vehicles at 3 other Toyota dealerships within 20 miles of here over the years, I've found other dealers to be misleading and more ofte I have bought vehicles at 3 other Toyota dealerships within 20 miles of here over the years, I've found other dealers to be misleading and more often than not I received "pushy" sales tactics. I have never had such a pleasant experience purchasing a vehicle. Jimmy didn't try to push any vehicles that I wasn't interested in and or couldn't afford and was really knowledgeable about the vehicles that I did want to look at. The service team there is unbeatable as well ( I have much experience at other dealerships) Paula in service has always been very helpful with the several vehicles that I bring there for service the last couple years, and honestly I wouldn't bring my cars anywhere else because I trust her. My salesman really listened to my needs and my budget and helped me get into the truck that fit me the best, I never take the time to fill these out but after having a truly great experience purchasing my vehicle I felt people should know, this dealership is definitely above the rest. More
