After walking in I was introduced to Carlos A. who was my salesperson. Carlos was very friendly throughout the entire process and took the time to go above and beyond describing the different features of the Highlander. With the help of the sales manager Carlos O., we came to a fair agreement on price fairly quickly. Arthur was my finance person and made the finance process just as quick and easy as the sales process. This was my 2nd purchase from this dealership and will definitely not be my last.
