I first contacted Toyota Financial Services and after speaking with them, they asked if I would like a sales representative from Toyota of Braintree to contact me. Toyota of Braintree immediately contacted me and I was pleasantly surprised by their quick response. I made an appointment that afternoon and was greeted right away and introduced to my sales representative, Mr. Tony Depina. Mr. Depina made me feel comfortable through the whole process, addressed and answered all my questions about the leasing terms on a new vehicle, payments, my current lease and valuation. I am delighted that I was able to make a deal with an affordable monthly payment with a new Corrola LE. I even got to pick the color of my car too. This is now the 4th Corolla and 6th overall vehicle I have leased from Toyota of Braintree. They do make you feel like family. Also want to acknowledge the courteous service I received from the finance officer, Mr. Joey Foy. Mr. Foy went over the terms, and breakdown of all the financing step-by-step with me so I understood easily all that entailed to what I was paying and what addiontal options I could add. The whole process from top to bottom was very smooth, the deal provided online was the one that was put on the paper work no games played at all. When picking up my vehicle Fausto Darocha took me out and helped me with pairing my phone, setting up/showing me all the options the car had as well as making sure that I was comfortable with the car before leaving. Overall this one was of the best experiences I have had with purchasing a car. I would highly recomend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new Toyota. More

I can say for sure that the reason I chose Toyota of Braintree was how honest, prompt, and genuine Eric was during all of our initial email and phone communications. When I came into the dealership to look at vehicles he exhibited all the same characteristics, and ultimately connected me with floor salesman Benson Onwuamaebu. Benson couldn't have been nicer. He was knowledgeable and very friendly. He was also very kind to my family which I appreciated. After agreeing to terms and filling out some paper work I was connected with Joey Foy in the Finance Office who was also excellent to work with. He was very informative and kind, and also very accommodating to my kids. He offered them drinks and chatted with them during the whole process. This whole crew are great guys, and I won't buy a car from anywhere else moving forward. More
