From what was a difficult reason for being there, a crash which necessitated a total loss of our car, we found a very professional team who were friendly, courteous and professional at all levels. Joe Lawlor took us through the decision making choosing a Camry while showing us our second choice a Corolla with absolutely no pressure to rush us. Don Richmond walked us trough the financing and Eric Frankie fully explained the service. Carlos Ortega remembered us from our previous visit when buying a 2016 Camry. All our questions were answered and the Team took great care to ensure that we would go home pleased with our purchase and their delivery of service. What About Bob?!? A++++ Saturday night my car suddenly decided it was done. I needed a car. Fast. Minimal time & budget to work with, spent several hours at other places looking for a used vehicle. OK why not another used Toyota. Walked into the very busy showroom late New Years Eve afternoon, not very hopeful I'd be successful in the few hours the store would be open. I saw this guy finish up with other customers and walk my way. At that moment I had a new friend in a car salesman - Bob Wilfand. I knew what I wanted & needed, saw a few outside, and Bob took it from there. We went thru the whole process in record time because he was so easy and straightfoward to deal with. Even though it was New Years Eve and close to closing time Bob didn't try to rush thru it, brought several other guys over to give info, answer questions, get the deal done to my total satisfaction. Arthur, Eric and a few others helped make the process painless. Bob even introduced me to the owner Greg - who does that? New Years Day I happily drove away in my new used Venza :O) Thank you, Bob, for making the purchase of a used car a most pleasant experience! More
