Quite a refreshing change from another dealership nearby that I won't name where they were sooo obviously trying to wear us out doing the "sit" and bringign in a sales manager to take over the talks, etc. We ended up walking out and trying Toyota of Braintree for the first time. Joe welcomed us and couldn't have been more relaxed and honest, up front. There was just none of the uneasieness, rush to question or sizing up that you get elsewhere from sales people. We hadn't expected to buy that day but the process was so smooth we left with huge smiles and a great deal. Arthur in finance office was totally transparent and no shenanigans at the last minute. Will definitely recomment and return. More

But I have to state that I was disappointed to see that they only had one female sales associate amongst a very large team of male sales associates. The car that I purchased was supposed to be ready for pick-up and it wasn't. All they had to do was slap on a registration sticker and fill one tire with air. I waited quite a while to have this done. So I took it upon myself to tell the service department that I had a long drive home and needed my car now. They took care of it immediately. I shouldn't have had to do this. They had 3 days to get my car ready for pick-up. I traveled a long way to purchase this car. They shouldn't have made we wait when the car was supposed to be ready. So I can only give them 3 stars because of this. Otherwise, I would have given them 5 stars. More

He was very patient with me, and i appreciate that as I had not purchased a car in a really long time. I had a budget and a deadline. I found a car that I was interested in, changed my mind and then was looking at something else. He continued to assist me with class and compassion! I believe it was a saleman by the name of John Augustave that also assisted me along with Emmanuel looking at other cars. I didn't finalize anything looking because I had run out of sunlight. I contacted them early morning with my second choice I spoke with Mark McElroy, again was greeted and treated with respect and patience, gave me details on financing options and the process to obtaining my new car! Not many people can say that they actually spoke with the owner of a car dealership- Greg Tufankjian took the time to reach out to me making sure i had the experience and the car i wanted! Thank you Greg! Other credits to Brain McGrath, Eric Francke (i hope i spelled that right) and the service department of the installation of my alarm and auto start- my car shines like a diamond! The entire process was handled through them and the transition was very smooth. Sunny in the finance department was very thorough and made certain all documents were prepared accurately.
