We planned on visiting a few different dealers and Tufankgian was our 1st stop. We were aware of the hovering and high pressure sales pitch ....but...it didn't work out that way. A young polished ,professional accompanied us outside and was quite thorough regarding each request we inquired about. it was actually a pleasure working with him and making our final decision. There was no need to go elsewhere. we wanted to complete the sale with him and we were amazed how smoothly the transaction took place . We drove away in our new 2016 Toyota SUV and arrived home happy and stress free...Jordan was a courteous , well informed gentleman.....a class act and asset to your business. Eric Franke was also awesome in completing the transaction... The contract was explained in detail. He made it a point to be sure that we understood the details of the contract and answered our questions including those we hadn't thought of asking. His expertise proved to be quite remarkable as we brought this to his attention. We felt quite satisfied and thankful they were our team members . YES...we will return. Exactly what you would expect from a car dealership My wife and I have purchased 7 brand new cars and trucks from this place over the past 10 years. Not sure what counts as "regulars" in this business, My wife and I have purchased 7 brand new cars and trucks from this place over the past 10 years. Not sure what counts as "regulars" in this business, but I would think we are in ballpark. I purchased new Tundra on Tuesday night. Never test drove it (shame on me), and turned in a 2016 Limited. Wasn't happy with price, but moved on to just get it done. I was not (and am not) happy with the way the new truck rides, and told as much to salesman on Thursday (36 hours after purchasing). Finance guy called me on Friday and told me to bring truck in sooner rather than later, and mentioned Saturday. I brought it in Saturday afternoon with my 2 kids in tow and took new 2016 Limited for test drive (never even knew it was on lot). After test drive, they had me sit around the showroom for an hour plus, all the while taking new customers. And never getting back to me. Again: 7 vehicles we have purchased over past 10 years, and this is how they treat me. I left after an hour plus of being ignored, and am still waiting over 24 hours later for them to get back to me (or even acknowledge me). Do yourself a favor and visit the 5+ other toyota dealerships in the area. If this is how they treat me, how will they treat you? More

As soon as he realized I was not ready to make a decision, but looking to select among Toyotas, he immediately showed me cars I wanted to see and checked for availability on models/colors/options. He e-mailed me with more information, answered all questions, and kept in touch while I had to delay my search. My current car was 2000 Camry. New Camry looked like the cockpit of a jet engine. Also, at 4'11", I had trouble adjusting the seat and headrest to be safe and comfortable. Joe was very patient as I played with all the adjustments possible; he also helped me understand the dashboard in short order. He found the colors I wanted inside and out. Joe has a great manner with clients, not rushing me, making connections with small talk, listening to my concerns, and finding answers. Excellent work! My husband is planning to buy a Camry next year, and we will be back to work with Joe. Thanks so much, picking up new car Saturday, April 29th! Ian Merrill was very organized and patient with us, explaining and answering questions in detail. He also convinced me to buy coverages I've never purchased before and had no intention of purchasing until he presented them. Very unlike me! How he keeps the paperwork straight, I will never know. A FANTASTIC BUYING EXPERIENCE FROM BEGINING TO END Bought a new Sienna XLE at Toyota of Braintree on 4/13/17 - my experience from the first call made to get a quote, to the pick-up of the car 24 hours Bought a new Sienna XLE at Toyota of Braintree on 4/13/17 - my experience from the first call made to get a quote, to the pick-up of the car 24 hours later was well beyond expectation. I had no prior knowledge about Toyota of Braintree, calling them and a number of other local dealers from an internet search of "Toyota Dealers MA". Edward Walsh (Internet Sales) was my first contact and he was terrific. Edward gave me an excellent quote, right to the point. I explained that it was important to me that I have an experienced sales person and Edward assured me he would make that happen. Edward's easy way and listening were absolutely a major reason I made an appointment to visit Toyota of Braintree. They also had a very competitive quote too. I drove by two Toyota dealers to go to Toyota of Braintree due to Edward being forthright and listening to what I was looking for - rather than just talking as I found with the other dealers. Upon arriving, a few hours after my initial call, Mark McElroy a Sales Manager met me at the front desk greeting me with "we've been expecting you and Manny Javier an experienced Sales Consultant is moving two XLE's around to the front". Mark then called Edward to meet with me in person. It was all very professional. Mark was just super, it was easy to tell he was going to make sure that this process went smoothly. After being introduced by Mark, Manny took over doing a fantastic job walking me through the Sienna and taking me out for test drives in each vehicle I was interested in looking at.. No rushing, wanted me to take my time, just a super experience. Manny could not have been nicer. After the test drives we got down to business and very professionally negotiated a price that I couldn't be happier with. Manny listened to my logic and understood, no BS just business. Mark the Sales Manager finalized our deal - it was as smooth as possible. The next person I had the pleasure of dealing with was Eric Francke who walked me through servicing the vehicle, explained the maintenance that came with the vehicle and set-up a future appointment based upon my guess of usage. Took all of ten minutes. Eric was really great. Manny then introduced me to Ian Merrill in the Finance or Business Dept. I let Ian know I was running late to pick-up my wife and he moved through the paperwork like lightning. Ian was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He offered me an extended warranty at a very good price and was understanding when I told him I needed a few days to think on it. I had only been at the dealer for a little over two hours and was back on my way out the door. I returned a couple hours later with a check and Ian had arranged all my insurance with my agent, letting me know that the van was being prepared for delivery to me the next day at noon. Really appreciate his efforts! The following morning Manny called me at 9:15AM to let me know everything was set. Upon arrival my wife and I were greeted like a long time customer -- a very, very nice feeling! Manny walked my wife through the van's operation, taking his time and repeatedly asking her if she had any questions, could not have been a better experience. Manny was just fantastic from beginning to end. Everyone, including the two receptionists (whom regrettably I did not get their names) made this buying process terrific. Without reservation I recommend Toyota of Braintree. More
