I tried Ira Toyota of Milford, but the sales manager was not interested in being upfront with prices, even though I have purchased 2 cars from them. Being extremely frustrated with Ira Toyota, I went online and typed Massachusetts Toyota Dealer Ratings into Google. Up comes Tufankjian Toyota Scion of Braintree, at the top of the list. I went to their website, found exactly the model, with the correct color,and the low miles(under 9k!). I hit the button for more info, and was connected with Toyota Web-guy, Eric Franke. He e-mailed me all the facts and figures concerning the car. What a pleasure! No B.S. like at Ira. I scheduled a test drive the next day. I connected with Steve Lavanchy, a really great, no pressure sales guy. After driving the car, I decided to purchase on the spot. Steve took care of everything and my wife and kids are now driving in a 2010 Rav4 that is virtually brand new. I really can't say enough about how great the experience with Tufankjian Toyota was. I have found a new favorite dealership! More

In addition, I really have to single out Bob Wilfand my salesman who really spent a great deal of time with me answering all of my questions, and explaining every single feature of my new Highlander in great detail. I have to say I think this is what really sets Tufankjian Toyota apart from other dealerships is their willingness to really spend true quality time with each and every single customer in a no pressure environment. Toyota Scion of Braintree is right off of Route 3 and features a beautiful brand new faciluty with great amenties. I had a great experience and really cannot praise them enough! From a sales experience, Kendrick Tempro was very knowledgeable of the Toyota product line and went out of his way to be sure I was going to get all that I was looking for in my new car purchase. Mike Hankes was great in explaining the future service required on the vehicle and showed me the ease of being able to schedule any type of service I should require. John Celesk did a great job in explaining all of the paperwork that needed to be signed and was sure that I understood what I was signing. They gave me what I owed on my Prius and the monthly payment I wanted. Gail was great she got me the monthly payment I wanted and was a pleasure to work with. I ended up leasing a 2011 Toyota Camry Hybrid. I showed up to pick up the car in the rain. They had it inside and ready to go. I made my 1st payment and was on my way. Every person I dealt with was a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend dealing with Gail Nelson. More
