I had the plesure of purchasing a Toyota Yaris at Tufankjian Toyota. The purchase experience was seamless and pleasant. I contacted the dealership on the internet and received a prompt response fro Tufankjian Toyota. The purchase experience was seamless and pleasant. I contacted the dealership on the internet and received a prompt response from Bob Hadges. He was informative, personable and patient in reviewing my options. As someone who does not know much about cars, I was apprehensive about purchasing a car. Bob and all of the employees I dealt with (Ryan Tierney, Arthur Martel, Carlos Ortega, and Eric Francke)put me at ease knowing that I was dealing with honest, knowledgeable and trustworthy professionals. When I made an appointment to visit the dealership I immediately received an appointment confirmation via emaill. Upon my arrival, Bob met me and introduced me to Ryan. I was immediately impressed when Ryan had the phone information that I had given Bob over the phone on his desk. Ryan was knowledgeable and patient with all my questions about the car. He took me on a test drive and provided me with more car facts and told me about dealership services. I decided I wanted to purchase the vehicle and Ryan and I filled out the easy and short application. Bob checked in with us and I proceeded to speak with Eric Francke who was a great help. After a short time Ryan and Bob returned with an offer which we negotiated and I accepted. Meanwhile, Arthur Martel and Carlos Ortega were working behind the scenes to get me a lower interest rate unbeknownst to me. They were able to get me an interest rate half of what I hadThey expected! This allowed me to finance a "wrap around" package which was expertly explained to me. I know this addition made great economic sense to me, but the best part of all to me was that I could get a remote to turn on the car. I signed the financial documents with Arthur and met with Bob and Ryan making arrangements to return for the car. All the employees that I dealt with at the Tufankjian Dealership seemed truly interested in my satisfaction and went above an beyond to help me obtain the car of my dreams. There was no competitiveness among salespeople or high pressure sales tactics and they all worked together smoothly as a team with my happiness as their goal. I am confident that I will be well taken care of by this group of employees during the many years ahead that I intend toown this dream car. I would highly recommend to any potential car buyer to set up an appointment with Bob to meet with the other competent members of the Tufankjian Toyota team to inquire about their inventory. More

I have been dealing with this dealership for over 20 years and was not surprised by the great treatment I received when I leased my 2012 Highlander SE. The lease on my 2009 Highlander was ending, in a few hours of having spoken with Ed he had my new SE ready for me to drive. His attitude towards his customers is pleasing, low key, and extremely helpful. He explained everything in a manner which was encourageing and made me feel that my business was important to him and the dealership. Jessica was very helpful with the paperwork, her pleasant attitude put me at ease with what is usually a pressure packed process! Eric was pleasant as he explained all the options for the SE. All in all, as always, dealing with this dealership was a great experience, one I'll look forward to doing again in 3 years. By the way, the people in the service department are great too. We traveled over an hour to this dealership. We heard an ad regarding a lease on the radio. I am a first time new car buyer. I had been shopping around at a lot of different car dealerships when I walked into Tufankjian Toyota of Braintree. Eduardo Vivas sat down with me and we discussed why I around at a lot of different car dealerships when I walked into Tufankjian Toyota of Braintree. Eduardo Vivas sat down with me and we discussed why I was looking for a vehicle. At every step Eduardo explained all the options and the pros and cons for each decision. I had walked in with a pre-approval for financing with a ~7.5% APR. Eduardo consulted with the Finance Department and was able to secure me financing with a 1.9% APR and 0 money down!!! I went home with a quote for a couple of vehicles and did some research. I returned the following morning and said - let's do this! Eduardo took me upstairs to their MASSIVE garage of vehicles and I literally picked out the specific car I wanted to buy. While filling out paperwork with Eduardo he was extremely gracious and very informative about each part of the process. He was the perfect balance between letting me know why taking this or that option, or making this or that decision, would be beneficial, while not setting off my alarm that all he cared about was taking my money and sending me on my way. I was also taken care of by Mark McElroy, who worked to ensure that I was getting the best service. I was then passed off to Eric Francke who helped me pick out any options I was interested in and enrolled me in the free two year care program. He was polite, thoughtful, and generally a wonderful person. Next was finance. It couldn't have been more painless. John Celesk attended to securing the financing I had been quoted and completed putting together the final financing package as well as the possible service and warranty options. Like with everyone else I had dealt with he was careful and thoughtful in explaining everything to me and answering any of my questions. They told me I could pick up my new car in a couple of hours. In what seemed like no time at all they gave me a call. My new black 2012 Toyota Corolla was waiting for me. I stopped by the on-site service center to get my inspection sticker and I drove off, as happy as ever. The flow from Eduardo Vivas, to Eric Francke, to John Celesk, all assisted by Mark McElroy was wonderful. At each step I was being greeted by someone who knew exactly what they were talking about. It was all so effortless. I just want to thank the whole team at Tufankjian Toyota for making this first car buying experience not only painless but actually enjoyable. I would recommend this dealership, and these particular representatives to my close friends, family members, and probably complete strangers on the street. When I am ready for an upgrade, I will be returning here. Thanks! More

The experience we had with Toyota of Braintree surpassed our greatest expectations. The last time we bought a car (from another dealer!), we were very unhappy with the service and felt that any negative co our greatest expectations. The last time we bought a car (from another dealer!), we were very unhappy with the service and felt that any negative comments you ever hear about "used car salesmen" were accurate in the extreme in that case. This time, even with the good things we had heard about Toyota of Braintree, we still went in expecting the "used car salesman" mentality, maybe just a little better than before. What a difference we found! We were originally attracted to this dealer by the integrity and friendliness of Eric Francke, whom we have known for quite a while, years before we ever considered buying another car. He walked us through each step of our experience there, making sure everything went smoothly. And it did! Our salesman, Ryan Tierney, was friendly and personable, and extremely helpful. He answered all our questions, and made us feel comfortable and important! We feel that not only is he a great salesman, but now he is a friend as well. He and Eric went out of their way to help us find a car which is even better than what we expected to find, and the price was much lower than we expected to have to pay. The gentlemen that worked with us to get our financing, Walace Langame and Arthur Martel, were also very friendly and helpful, willing to work with us to get a loan with a lower interest rate than we were able to obtain from any bank. Walace got our loan started, and Arthur finished up, willing to explain every detail and answer clearly all our questions before asking us to sign anything. The next time we buy a car, we will definitely go to Toyota of Braintree. We would (and will, and actually have already) recommend them to anyone. Go there before you go anywhere else! P.S. And we LOVE our car! More

I came back to this dealership for my 6th Camry. I have known Carlos since he was at Clair Toyota. There was no haggling, just a bottom line price. Brian McGrath was my sales person and is very knowlegeable about the cars. I test drove the new Camry and the Rav 4. I leased the Camry. The new car with more gadgets is less than my 2009 car. Brian has been very proactive in calling me to see how I am liking the car and to see if I have questions. Eric Francke was most helpful as it was during the Shareathon give a way when I was in the dealership. He signed me up for Twitter and made sure that I would receive a debit card. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Toyota. More

In search of a new car, my husband and I went to numerous Toyota dealerships to find exactly what we were looking for and at the right price. Tufankjian was the first dealership we stopped at. The first day we went in, we were greeted Angel Tirado,he asked what we were interested in and taken right upstairs to view the selection they had in stock. I was looking for a little more room in the RAV4 than they seemed to have and he quickly suggested the one with the 3rd row of seats, which my husband and I were unaware they even had. They only had one in stock, but the color was one of two I had chosen. He took us downstairs and introduced us to Steve Levanchy. Steve was very professional and informative with information regarding the comparison of the RAV4 and the Honda CRV. Once we had the information we were looking for, Steve brought the car down for a test drive. When it came time for the "dreaded" expense talk, Steve introduced us to Carlos Otega. Together Steve and Carlos made us feel very comfortable and did not make us feel pressured into agreeing to a deal at that time. They understood that with this economy, shopping around was the key to our success as the consumer. Ultimately, Toyota of Braintree was where we found ourselves purchasing our new RAV4. When we went back in, Kenny Banks was the salesman that we closed the deal with. Kenny was very welcoming and just as the others, very informative. He introduced us to Bill DeTellis who explained in detail the 2 yr. maintenance and roadside service. He even had our first oil change scheduled before we went to the finance department!! Jessica Reed was the finance person we dealt with. Again very friendly and professional. She was prompt in sending everything that needed to go to the insurance company and was right on top of things when we had to call her for additional information. I would highly recommend Toyota of Braintree to family/friends. The atmosphere in the showroom was welcoming and friendly, which we did not experience in the other dealerships.
