I’ve spent over 15 years as a Service Advisor with Hyundai, dedicated to helping customers keep their vehicles running smoothly and ensuring they receive the best possible experience. When I’m not at work, you’ll most likely find me spending quality time with my family or enjoying the outdoors. I love off-road racing, heading out to the river, and camping whenever I get the chance. Music is always part of my day, and I never pass up a good game of basketball. The staff was friendly and helpful. The price for a cabin air filter is outrageous when I can buy one from an auto part store for $40 and you guys charged over $100 for it. They were doing recall work so nothing wrong there but I asked if they could check the A/C relays and he said they could not and would have to do an entire A/C service with a starting charge of $280 for dye asked if they could check the A/C relays and he said they could not and would have to do an entire A/C service with a starting charge of $280 for dye to test for leaks. It has no leaks and doesn't need a complete A/C service. I just wanted relays checked and was happy to pay for just that. It is stupid to charge me for a bunch of stuff I don't need so I will just take my business elsewhere. More
